We don’t think there are many people on the planet who haven’t heard of chorizo. But they haven’t all heard of ours…. yet. Chorizo is so versatile and you have to have the fail-safe product that even the most devoted ham-egg-and-chips-eater will probably try….So long as it isn’t spicy – which it isn’t. So not only is our Chorizo wonderfully tender (no hacking apart required ), it has a very personal touch for us because the chorizo is smoked using beech wood chippings from our very own wood. There are a variety of trees in our woodland, ranging from sycamore to sweet chestnut, apple to oak and we just love to know that our wild boar are foraging on the beech-leaf and nuts, then their products are being cured by our beech-chippings.
